Daryl Cooper - 12/7/2009 It's a shame that you can't log finds that aren't in your immediate vicinity, nor find anything but traditional caches. However, for the average geocacher, or the younger folks, this is a great GPS. Very user friendly, very simple to use, quite accurate. Unlike the pricer units that come with mapping and practically walk you to a cache, the geomate.jr is more like a digital compass which makes it way more fun for kids (and adults). Geomate.jr is a beaut Wally Dundee - 7/14/2009 I've had my Geomate.jr for about a month now. Bought it from REI as Cache Advance didn't offer it at the time. I run a camp in upstate New York and will be buying a couple dozen for a geocaching program we've created.
